Welcome to JB Web Studio. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the services we provide.
By accessing this website or engaging JB Web Studio to provide services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
JB Web Studio is a UK-based web design business operating as a sole trader.
Our services include, but are not limited to:
Every project is individually quoted based on the client's requirements.
Quotes are prepared using factors including:
Unless otherwise stated, quotations remain valid for 30 days.
If the project scope changes after a quotation has been accepted, JB Web Studio reserves the right to revise the quotation before continuing work.
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required before any work begins. This secures your project within our schedule and allows planning, design and development work to commence.
The remaining 75% is payable before the completed website is published, transferred to the client or the final files are provided.
Invoices must be paid by the due date shown on the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
JB Web Studio reserves the right to pause work where payments become overdue.
Completed websites, source files and associated materials may be withheld until full payment has been received.
Clients agree to:
Delays in receiving content or approvals may delay the project completion date.
Estimated completion dates are provided in good faith.
Project timescales depend upon client feedback, content delivery, third-party services and the overall complexity of the project.
JB Web Studio will always aim to meet agreed deadlines but cannot guarantee completion dates where delays occur outside our reasonable control.
Unless otherwise agreed, quotations include up to two rounds of reasonable revisions.
Requests outside the agreed scope of work may be quoted separately.
Ownership of the completed website transfers to the client only after all outstanding invoices have been paid in full.
Until payment has been received, all designs, code and project files remain the property of JB Web Studio.
JB Web Studio retains ownership of reusable development tools, frameworks, templates and code libraries used across multiple projects.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they own or have permission to use any materials supplied to JB Web Studio.
This includes:
JB Web Studio accepts no responsibility for copyright infringement arising from client-supplied content.
JB Web Studio may assist with domain registration and website hosting where requested.

Projects may incorporate third-party services including:
JB Web Studio is not responsible for outages, changes or issues caused by third-party providers.
Maintenance and ongoing support are only provided where specifically agreed.
Any additional development work requested after project completion may incur additional charges.
Where SEO services are provided, JB Web Studio follows recognised best practices.
However, we cannot guarantee:
Clients may cancel a project by providing written notice.
Where work has already begun, the deposit remains non-refundable and clients may be invoiced for work completed up to the cancellation date.

All JB Web Studio branding, logos, graphics and website content remain the property of JB Web Studio unless otherwise stated.
Clients may not reproduce or distribute JB Web Studio intellectual property without prior written permission.
